If you hate something I’ve done and you tell me you hate it, that’s fine. But please don’t offer suggestions on how to improve it. Technical mastery always seems to be the right answer, but it rarely pleases me. The world needs more crudely rendered works born of spontaneity and passion, and I feel an obligation to make them. >>
